That experience allows us to understand our candidates’ needs and support them with a personal, honest, and dedicated approach throughout every stage of the process.
Our goal is to help each participant enjoy a life-changing experience that enables them to improve their English, discover new cultures, and create unforgettable memories.
Sports and adventure have always been a big part of her life. After spending an academic year in the United States, she worked there for two summers, one as a surf instructor and another as a tennis instructor, experiencing firsthand the same journey that many of our participants begin today.
At Work & Sail USA, she supports candidates throughout the entire process and coordinates communication with our community, sharing advice, answering questions, and ensuring that every participant starts their summer with confidence and peace of mind.

Her international experience, living and working in Canada, the United States, France, and Spain, has allowed her to gain firsthand insight into different cultures and ways of working.
At Work & Sail USA, she is responsible for the Human Resources department, coordinating the recruitment and support of instructors to ensure personalized guidance and a well-organized experience.
He worked for four years as a multi-sport instructor at various summer camps in the United States and Canada, gaining firsthand experience of how these programs operate and what participants experience.
At Work & Sail USA, he is responsible for business development and strategy, driving company growth, strengthening the partner network, and creating new opportunities to continue offering high-quality programs.
