We are Work & Sail USA, a team of four passionate professionals driven by sports, education, and international experiences. Our story began by living first-hand the adventure of working as instructors in the United States. We know the journey, the challenges, and everything this type of experience can bring — which is why we are committed to helping other young people achieve it. We work with schools that we have personally selected, getting to know their programs, values, and the conditions they offer instructors first-hand. All the schools we collaborate with meet our quality standards and provide safe, professional environments designed to deliver a rewarding experience. We select talent, prepare our candidates, and support them throughout the entire process so they can live a unique experience working in the United States.
